The vibes within my soul throng me into the field of photography. My burning passion along with strenuous efforts led into the society of needy people.
I learnt the nuances of photography only through experience and not by any course. I am a tradition bound person to express my views. I captured the chithirai festival, Alazhar festival, koovugam festival and kulasai Dussehra festival. A glimpse of it will reveal the Tamil culture. My eyes looked into the situation before capturing.
My inner voice insisted to stretch arms to lift the visually challenged. I determined to uplift them with my clicks. My passion became an obsession. My maiden attempt was entitled as "PAARVAIKKAAGA" (for your perusal). TO comprehend the lives of the visually impaired kids of st.Joseph's school in Paravai, I lived with them for 6 months.
Ansel Adams words" photography is more than a medium for factual communication of ideas," this induced me to click 56 photos to exhibit their lives to the world.
Driving a truck is a pleasure. Travelling on the top of the truck with my lens is the happiest moment I have ever had. Chasing other vehicles and at the same speed clicking the road side fantabulous sights is a rare occasion as well as a thrilling experience in my life. This ever green memories were published as a travelogue.
My journey always ended with a lot of stories. It depicts the landscape and people at various angles.
I am applauded by the magazine namely viz. Kalki, Jannal and kadhai sollu. When The Hindu and Indian express recognized me by publishing my travelogue, my quest and desire were roused.
I am on the path of progress.
